Social Media Audit
I conducted data analysis for the Westminster University Marketing, Communication and Events office to improve strategy and accuracy. I conducted an audit of 38 social media accounts and validated over 100 media contacts, producing insights which guided the office away from certain content strategies and towards others. As an example, I found that posts which were simply still graphics tended to have lower engagement than say video content. I recommended that in my final report to the Digital Content Manager, for which she then shared with the strategic communication team and other teams.
