Leadership & Program Development
I played an integral role in the development and creation of the freestyle ski team. Through digital outreach, recruitment, and presentations to the Board of Trustees, we were able to gather eight athletes and three coaches. Over the course of two seasons, the ski team has achieved more than 15 national podium placements in both individual and team categories.
